This is program is for anyone who wants to complete their first marathon or improve on their previous marathon times. Also can benefit Ironman participants.
When for 2015:
Winter Session - January 6 th to May 17th - Goal Event, ????? or an event of your choice.
*Thursday evenings at 6:00pm from Goodlife Club - Citi Plaza
*Sunday mornings at 8:00am from Goodlife Club - Citi Plaza
Summer Session -June 9th - Oct 18th- Goal Event, TBD
*Thursday evenings at 6:00pm from Gibbons Park
*Sunday mornings at 8:00am from Gibbons Park; July and Aug Sunday runs will be at 7:00 am to avoid he heat.
There will be an introduction night on Tuesday for the start of each session. First session will be downstairs at the Fox and Fiddle at 6:00pm. This will be followed by an easy run.
